Sometimes we set out on a path only to find too many options, uncertainty about the next steps, or wondering if it's time to move on to the next endeavour. Setting relevant and achievable goals will not only help you build the map to get to where you want to be but also provide clarity and direction.
What this package covers and includes:
Initial Consultation (1 Hour) In this session, we will go over your current situation, aspirations and challenges. From here we will identify your primary goals and area of focus, as well as assess your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and obstacles.
Goal Setting Workshop (2 Hours) This is where the fun begins! we will go over the principles of effective goal setting, define your SMART goals, and then break down your long term goals into manageable short term objectives to keep you on track.
Action Plan Development (2 Hours) After settling into what goals you want to set, now we will develop an action plan! During this session, we will create a detailed action plan, establish clear milestones and deadlines, and develop strategies to overcome potential obstacles that may come your way.
Accountability and Tracking (1 Hour) Accountability to yourself is KEY to achieving your goals. Together we will set up a system for tracking progress, learn techniques for staying motivated and focused, and how to regularly review and adjust your goals as you progress on your journey.
Review and Reflect Session (1 Hour) This session will generally take place 30 - 60 days after the last session. This will be a time to evaluate your progress, celebrate your achievements, reflect on lessons learned and see what areas need adjusting or improvement, and see if you need any additional resources or tools to keep progressing.
